• After the initial booking details are transferred from Inntopia or DVSS to Ski Butlers' reservation system, a Ski Butlers agent will contact the guest to confirm local accommodations, including delivery and pick-up locations.
• Once the reservation is updated, Ski Butlers sends the guest an email confirmation to review and keep for future reference.
• Guests who have not been contacted or have not received an email confirmation 5–7 days prior to their scheduled delivery date should call Ski Butlers directly at 435-658-0458 to reconfirm their reservation.

• Reserved rental equipment may be scheduled for delivery and fitting any time after 2 p.m. the day prior to the guest's first rental day for no additional fee.
• SKB will pick up all equipment from the guest's accommodation between 4-8 pm on their final rental day. The guest doesn't need to be present for pick up as long as a SKB technician has access to the gear.
• SKB can also pick up all equipment at Snowpark: this is an all or nothing exchange.

Recommended Time guests should allow for Equipment Delivery & Fitting:

• Guests should plan for about 15 minutes per renter.

How to Exchange or Adjust Equipment:

• Ski Butlers Delivery Service guarantees a perfect fit and provides complimentary adjustments or upgrades at dedicated on-mountain support locations throughout the resort. Look for Ski Butlers signage to identify these areas.
• Guests are welcome to switch between different ski and boot models within their package as often as they like, subject to inventory availability.

A paid reservation and valid credit card on file are required to guarantee any Ski Butlers product. The full amount for Ski Butlers products is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Each family must have their own file and children must be booked under their parent or guardian's name to ensure accuracy, security, and privacy for our guests

If you need to cancel or change a reservation, you must call or speak directly with a Skier Services agents or a Ski Butlers agent before 5 p.m. two (2) days prior to each booked date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes made one day prior to the first day will receive a partial refund.

• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows
• Weather and snow conditions are not viable reasons for cancellation
• Appropriate fees will apply to lessons canceled after the deadline
